The Challenge

Our Approach
Panoramic Power's energy monitoring solution was deployed across six of the retailer's stores. The wireless sensor technology, self-powered and non-intrusive, captured real-time energy data from every piece of equipment on site. Data was collected and analysed via a cloud-based analytics platform, surfacing inefficiencies and enabling targeted action at equipment level. Panoramic Power's output was also integrated directly into the client's own building management system, giving their energy and facilities teams a unified view of consumption across all monitored locations.
The Results
The pilot delivered a 15% reduction in energy use across the six trial stores (site dependent) and saved the client $20,000. The data pinpointed specific sources of waste at equipment level, giving the retailer a clear roadmap for further improvements. On the strength of these results, the solution is being rolled out across 60 stores in North America, Europe, and Asia, with projected annual savings of $1 million.
