Warranty

Smartcool warrants the products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty applies only to new products and shall be limited to the repair and replacement of the defective components or workmanship. The defective products shall be returned to Smartcool for repair.

Where Smartcool has carried out the installation Smartcool warrants the installation to be free of defects for a period of one year from the date of installation. Smartcool will provide a free on site repair service during the first year of the warranty period.

Smartcool or their authorized service agent shall carry out all warranty repairs. The warranty shall not apply if the products are modified, repaired, tampered with or incorrectly installed by persons other than those authorized by Smartcool. Smartcool reserves the right to charge at the prevailing standard service rate for any service rendered not covered by this warranty.

The SmartCool Installation Contracting Program

As we continue to grow, we are seeking additional installers throughout the North American market to join our team of contractors. If you own an HVAC, Commercial Refrigeration, or Mechanical Contracting Company, this may be a great opportunity for you.

Scope of Work

• Perform a site survey to gather information on the existing control systems and requirements for installation
• Perform testing of existing consumption if required by the Customer
• Preassembly of components if required
• Installation of the ESM™ at the Customer's site(s)
• Monitoring and Verification of the Improvements if required by the Customer
• Maintenance of the system if required
• Service work (warranty) if required

Each opportunity will provide your organization from 4 to 60+ hours of work depending on the success of the project and complexity of the work.

Furthermore, you may also have the opportunity to present the product to your existing customer base for a commission as well as the installation. This will provide for your company:

• Opportunity to revisit Customers you may have lost
• Improve Customer loyalty with your existing Customers
• Provide inroads to new Customers
