Energy Rebates

Smartcool's products have been designed to qualify for energy efficiency rebate programs from utilities and government. Specifically, the "on and off" feature of the ESM™ and ECO³™ allows them to be switched out of the compressor circuit for easy savings verification which is a requirement for most rebate programs.

Rebates are available from more and more utilities and government programs, as they recognize the contribution of energy efficient products in achieving key sustainability goals

Information on various rebate programs in Canada is available from Natural Resources Canada's Office of Energy Efficiency.

In the United States, several Smartcool installations have received rebates from SCE, LADWP and PG&E in California following independent validation by the utility.
