VANCOUVER, BC. 2/3/2011 Smartcool Systems Inc. (TSX-V: SSC) has completed a 214 unit deployment of the industry-leading ECO3™ by regional distributor Global Energy Services (GES) to 13 self-storage facilities operated by Veritage Management Inc.

The rollout was prompted by an extremely successful evaluation of Smartcool's technology at a Bee Ridge Storage facility in Sarasota, FL. "Our installation of Smartcool's ECO3™ gave Veritage impressive energy efficiency gains of 26% on the eleven air conditioning units included in the trial," says Bob Burton, VP Sales for GES. "This gives Veritage considerable relief from their high electricity bills, and a return on investment of 70% for the first year."
